Description

Polyprofil concave mouldings are made from a lightly colored polymer concrete mortar with a low specific weight. The strips are produced in molds without the use of release agents. Polyprofil fillets are easy to process and are characterized by their low weight, high pressure and tensile strength and extremely low water absorption.

Polyprofil concave mouldings can be coated or coated with epoxy, polyurethane or acrylic resins.

Installation

Polyprofil concave mouldings are cut with a diamond cutting disc, alternatively they can be cut with a small toothed saw or a cut-off machine.

Polyprofil concave mouldings are usually glued on the floor with an epoxy resin adhesive “thrust-resistant”. The profile is fixed to the wall “non-shear resistant” with an elastic 1-component polyurethane or MS polymer sealant. It must be ensured that the profiles must also be glued to the joints.
